We used HHF on our last home and the process was so easy. We used them again and they were just as wonderful. I liked these guys from the get-go. Didn’t even bother getting additional quotes. I had SO much tile to remove and the installation team had it removed in less than an hour. They installed new flooring throughout my entire house and the whole process took only 3.5 days. I have friends that had another company come out to remove one room of wood flooring and that took 3 days! If you are looking for a reference for Healthy Home flooring, reach out to me!

A couple years ago Healthy Home Flooring installed new floors in my home. It did not turn out as I wanted and there were a few issues. I was not pleased. About a month ago Healthy Home Flooring reached out to me and sent a representative to my home to get eyes on . They felt the best coarse of action would be to replaced the entire flooring. They worked around my schedule and came back out and installed a brand new floor. The crew was professional completed the job in two days. The floor came out exactly how I wanted it and looks amazing. Thank you Healthy Home Flooring for working with me the customer to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I was very pleased and so happy when I got my new floors and I had been waiting quite a long time before I finally pulled the trigger and went with healthy home and they didn’t let me down. The installers did it quickly and I didn’t think they were going to be able to do it quickly as they did but they got it done in two days time the whole house and they moved all the furniture and heavy things they were very confident and did a great job. Healthy home flooring gave me a great price great service and I would recommend them to anybody who wants new flooring they actually beat a competitor’s price.

The 2 workers that came to install our new plank flooring were great!
It only took 4 days to remove a house full of tile, and lay down the new planks. The guys cleaned up everyday to make it dog safe before they left for the day. The last day when they were done, they put back all the furniture and hooked up everything. We couldn’t be happier with the job they day.

Healthy Home Flooring (HHF) recently upgraded my entire home with porcelain tile, wood laminate and included removing all my old 2” tall baseboards and replacing them with 4 ½” tall trim. On my initial home visit their sales rep Tim, did a great job helping me to select complimentary tile and laminate styles and colors. The tile crew of Francisco and Diego were an excellent team. They offered great suggestions on tile layout and even went so far as to use an old 10’ x 10’ section of my carpet to cover my driveway, where they setup their tools, cut tiles and mixed thin set and grout. Francisco said they did that to prevent any staining of the concrete. Way to go guys! The laminate crew came in next and knocked out the last three rooms in just one day including all the trim replacement. Both teams were on time and kept me informed at every stage of the project. When the work was completed there were some issues that came up and HHF worked with me to quickly address them leaving me with a beautiful home. I would definitely choose them again.

Horrable company! Had carpet and vinyl flooring put in, the tile removal was suppose to be free,right. I know I paid for items I wasn't suppose to pay for, when asked for an itemized invoice they said they didn't do that! I was told my other people I could have tile put in for what we paid them!Make sure you see what your paying for ON PAPER!!The vinyl was so poorly put in it is now coming up in places.

As my wife and I prepare to list our home in Estrella Mountain Ranch, we needed our second story floor refinished. Old contractor grade carpet that was garbage is coming out and we are doing the same luxury vinyl plank that we installed on the first story. We went with Healthy Home Flooring again as they did a marvelous job on the first go around. The process was easy, scheduling was no problem, and the work started within a couple days. I really enjoy the professional service provided by Healthy Home Flooring and would recommend them to anyone considering lvp for floors.

After watching a promotion on the News I hired Healthy Home Flooring to replace my floors in my family Home. The agreement was to complete the remodel before Xmas 2023. However the workers that did the work damaged my property, scammed me out of $4000.00 cash, and sold me me defective flooring. The flooring is not seated correctly, the base boards not installed correctly, flooring not planted to ground.8-9 times they have come for repairs,yet all repairs and damages have not been completed,the repairs are sectional not complete.Buyer Beware!Summer complaints on BBB website regarding the same poor quality.

After battling with Healthy Home Carpets for months, they finally agreed to replace defective carpeting, but only after I placed a complaint. I set an appointment 2 weeks ago for a reinstall, moved furniture, unhooked appliances and verified it 3 times. The installers failed to show up 2 days in a row with no communication from the company . I've had to call them several times and their story keeps changing as to what happened. I've had it with these guys and my next option will be through the court for a partial refund. BUYER BEWARE!

I really wish I'd checked BBB prior to signing anything with HHF, unfortunately we just checked reviews elsewhere which they clearly have some sort of control over because they're way too positive. The review I'm posting everywhere else is 3.5 pages of Word, which it took to explain our issues, obviously waay too much to put here. Same bait and switch others have mentioned, same horrendous customer service experience, same lack of care or willingness to make anything right or admit to wrongdoing. My review mentions 24 issues that we had with this company installing 2100sqft of LVP in our home back in late Nov 22' and early Dec 22'. Product we purchased/agreed to have installed hasn't been sold in 20 years, per the pre-inspector. Tile we agreed to have installed was roughly 1/4" thick, stuff we got was slightly thicker than a piece of construction paper. Asked to back out several times, told we could but it'd be a 30% re-stocking fee. Even installers told us we should back out before we explained this fee to them. All employees - design consultant, pre-install, numerous install teams, air duct cleaner, BILLS FROM SHAW have ALL gone to the wrong address. This, even after telling no fewer than 5 employees to fix it for us. Damaged baseboards in numerous locations, air duct "cleaning" was a 15minute joke (only after failing to come the first 1.5 days, damaged appliance parts, failed to put items back where they were, attitude given when asked to do things we had already paid for and agreed upon. "Customer Service" is completely non-existent! have spent hours and hours trying to get some form of compensation, or heck, even contact, with someone to no avail. They simply DO NOT CARE once they get their money. I'm sick of typing about this place, just DON'T USE THEM!!

Initial in-home consultation was pleasant. We were able to agree on pricing and get our install pushed up. But after that….Their “Dustless Tile Removal” was anything but dustless. Over a week later and dust is STILL settling from the tile removal. The website shows suction being used in the tile removal process. That never occurred in my case.Tile install went fine however. The subcontractor (Roberto) did an excellent job on the install but, left all the trash behind. I’ll give him some leeway, as he stayed till after 8 pm (12 hours) going over every grout line on his hands and knees to find any imperfection. The tile install does look great.The promised baseboards have yet to be installed. Every day is a new excuse – or two! While office staff has been pleasant, each person you speak with will give you a different story for why something is left incomplete. I REALLY did not enjoy being with out a toilet for a week.Communication with Healthy Home Flooring has been truly terrible. It took weeks to receive an official copy of our contract. The initial sales person, JD, seems to have zero interest in following up with clients. I was told I needed to access an “Online Portal” to schedule services. I never received the portal address or login for it. JD, the sale person, couldn’t be bothered to get this information for us and instead replied instructing us to call the main number and ask them. Only after sending a scathing email to him did he finally reach out to us. He also addressed us by the wrong names! I understand unfortunate life events can occur and you must focus on those, but you can’t take two minutes to set up an out of office reply?Constantly having to call to inquire about where installers are, why no one showed up when I was told they would. Promised callbacks do not happen. I do have to say to hold music I’ve now spent a cumulative 93 minutes listening to is better than most. The continual delays and inconsistent reasons given for those delays…It’s. Just. Not. Worth. It.Go somewhere else. Even if you pay a more elsewhere, If the other company can stick to their timetable and actually communicate with you, the lack of stress is worth it.I had my hopes for Healthy Home Flooring, they have ultimately done nothing but let me down.***To follow up and respond to the business' reply: I understand the process cannot be entirely dustless, however NO steps were taken to minimize the dust. The website shows suction being used and that did not occur. No barriers were hung - Nothing done.The air duct cleaner di a questionable job. The person was so high, he has issues climbing a ladder. 15 minutes to clean vents/ducts on a 2600 sq ft house seems questionable. The cleaners sent were terrible! Visible dirt was still left on the carpet when they were done. After pointing out so many things, I decided to send them away and finish the cleaning myself.The baseboards finally came in and are a COMPLETE disappointment! They are plain and simple 1x4 planks painted a color that does not match and are a total downgrade to what I have in the rest of the house.I spoke with JD and understand his emergency. I too had a similar experience when my sister suddenly died on Christmas Eve. Even then, I was still able to set up an Out of Office reply in two minutes.Yes, your company dropped the ball. A lot. But, that seems like the theme if you read through the negative comments. You have yet to take any real accountability/responsibility. It really says something about your company when nearly every subcontractor sent out complains about how disorganized and messed up your company is.TL;DR for potential consumers: DO NOT USE HEALTHY HOME FLORRING! It is a messy, disorganized nightmare you are bringing into your home!

Healthy Home Flooring did an amazing job with our floors and they had great customer service from beginning to end. I first spoke with Jordan (I believe) and he helped me select which flooring we wanted based on what we already had. Larry then came to our house and showed us a few samples and together we chose "oyster". He did a phenomenal job helping us out and is incredibly kindhearted! The Speir brothers installed our floors in 4 days and the outcome was beyond our expectations, our house is completely different! They were very punctual, kept constant communication and kept us involved in the entire process.Trey was scheduled to do our pre and post walk through and he always made sure we were happy with their service. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. We're also looking forward to doing our flooring upstairs when the time comes 🙂

My new flooring is beautiful. However, a month later I am still waiting on two baseboards to be installed that they forgot to order, and the installation crew broke my dishwasher because they did a horrible job covering things during tile demo. I have made the company aware of these issues, but they have done nothing to resolve them. I would not recommend using this company.

I searched for flooring prices and quality for 5-years and heard horror stories from friends' experiences with local companies such as; poor quality and workman who did not show up, or left a mess. But not Healthy Home Flooring. The price was excellent, and the workers were on time and really worked with me. They moved furniture, and made sure the floors were level before they laid the vinyl plank flooring. Health Homes flooring choices are really nice and I found what I was looking for. They even threw in whole house vent cleaning. Which is really necessary after removing old carpeting.Unfortunately, 14 months after the install I noticed some heaving along the seams between planks in two rooms and then in 16 months the seams were disintegrating and the planks were coming up. There was never any moisture on the floors, no pets, no direct sunlight etc. I called them and Healthy Homes first promised to honor the warranty and fix it and sent two guys a few months apart. Then they said they filed a claim with Shaw Flooring and it was denied, but refused to send me the claim number and were extremely rude. I filed a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ARC) two weeks ago and suddenly an inspector from Priority One, an independent contractor for Shaw came out and looked at the flooring. It looks like Healthy Home finally contacted Shaw after I demanded the claim number. It will be two weeks before I know what their findings are but I already know that the installers did not leave any room for the flooring to expand along the walls. After visiting another flooring company I also learned it was cheap 4.4mm luxury vinyl and it needs to be 6-8mm for Arizona. The inspector for the ARC is coming out soon as well.This has been extremely stressful as I had a built-in desk removed from my office and painted the room for new built-in furniture that was to be installed May 30th. It is now June 22 nd and the company is waiting, and I am using a tiny space in my living room as a home office.I do not recommend this company. They lie and you will never, ever talk to the numerous owners of the company. They will never apologize.Response : Aug 1, 2022Their response was more lies. They never did any repairs and I had to contact the Arizona Registrar of Contractors who found the install to be completed with no room for the planks to expand. He also noticed there was no moisture barrier as the planks were installed directly on the concrete slab. An office chair over a flat rug did not cause the damage.They sent out an installer who did not speak English on August 1, 2022 who did not have enough planks to replace my office floor and he knew nothing about a moisture barrier. The incompetencecontinues, as they promise to fix it tomorrow. All three rooms have to be replaced and the closets. This has been nothing but stress for me as I took vacation from work to get this done and I had to move furniture and an office into my living room by myself. I am now 3 months without my home office. I will have to do the same for all three rooms!

The floors look amazing. The installers did a wonderful job. However, we had a change order midway through our project that stalled the timeline a couple weeks. We were aware it would take additional time but the company failed to reach out to us for over a week notifying us of any updates or keeping us in the loop even when I called them a few times. All in all, the finished product looks awesome.

Jesse the installer did a great job. He was here when he said he would be, he cleaned up each area as he worked and put equipment away as soon as he was finished so the installation process stayed as neat as possible. He was polite, did a great job and seemed to enjoy his work. Tiffany the sales rep was wonderful. She was informative and a pleasure to talk to. She asked some questions and got an idea of what I wanted. Then she showed me options that fit my needs. I didn't feel overwhelmed sitting through an extensive sales pitch on a bunch of stuff I already knew I wasn't interested in. TBH communication between the different areas within the company is poor. But they are working on that and were open and appreciative of my feedback in that area. I love my new floors and overall enjoyed working with them. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

We replaced our tile in the hallways and the carpet in our family room with wood flooring by Healthy Home Flooring. We are so glad that we did as it looks amazing. We are also so very happy that we chose Healthy Home Flooring to do the work.They were prompt, did an excellent job, moved furniture that we needed to move, took care of the few spots under the old tile and carpets that would have created "squeak" spots, hauled away all of the old tile and carpet and cleaned up the mess.Amazingly, they were in and out in four days and the improvements were very noticible. Our friends were also very impressed with Healthy Home's work. After the work was completed, Healthy Homes sent out their inspector to make sure that the job was done to their standards and most importantly that WE were happy with the job they did. We were, and their great work deserves a nice review. 5 Stars. I highly recommend them.

Healthy Home Flooring came through in a pinch. I was on a tight schedule to get carpet installed for a new renter and I had 4 days to get it done. The sales member was out the next day to show samples and take my order and the installer showed up two days later. My tenant was able to move in the very next day thanks to Healthy Home Flooring. From the sales person to the demo of existing tile and carpet to the installation, and last but not least the duct cleaning and sanitizing crew, the whole process has been as smooth as could be. The flooring and baseboards look great, and I could not be happier.If anyone is looking to have new flooring installed, you MUST go with this company. Saw ad to have someone come out and discuss options as pleased to see that I could receive either a home cleaning or duct cleaning with my order. Appt sch 11/17 with Larry. Larry then calls on appt date, an hour prior to arrival stating he's on the other side of town, will take over an hour to arrive. I said, that won't work for me and he said that he'll schedule for Sunday, 11/21, as his wife is OOT in MI. On 11/21 at 0856am received a call from a woman about my appt, she identified herself as Victoria and she was still 15 minutes away, no idea that it wasn't Larry coming. I agreed. She came out and carpet was discussed and she then mentioned that customers have to spend so much money for carpet installations and that I don't qualify for any duct or home cleaning. I was disappointed as NONE of this was related in the initial call to schedule, in the tv ad or any paperwork received prior to ordering. Called office and discussed w/Trina all disappointments, she confirmed to get Amazon gift card and discount off install. Informed that install mgr will call day prior to install date to confirm time and install team will collect balance prior to job. Recd delivery from Amazon but it was a Visa instead. 12/2 no call from install mgr by 1347pm, called office discussed to confirm and operator mentioned that the mgr usually calls late in the day between 3-5pm day before. Recd call from Dan 12/2 1647 confirming install and out to home btw 9-11am. Called office 12/3 0911 s/w Ashley to discuss balance owed and she mentioned an amount, I questioned that the discount was given, it wasn't, she reviewed with install mgr and he gave the discount. She then asked how I was paying, I said, I was going to give CC as no one mentioned any other way needed to be paid. She said she could take CC over the phone or that I'd need a cashiers check as she did confirm with install mgr that installers aren't able to collect with CC. Another thing not mentioned to the paying customer. Ashley mentioned that this is company policy to collect either of these ways. Unfortunately, it's not appropriate to give CC info over a phone and I had a personal issue with my garage door and unable to leave to get a cashiers check. So, Braden said that I had to give a CC over the phone. This was done and again the customer has been put behind the 8 ball.The way this company doesn't relay information to the customer is exactly the same as Express Flooring. I used EF and had the same types of issues, so, I thought I'd try another company and was surprised that Healthy Home Flooring was established as a break off of Express Flooring; so I shouldn't' be surprised. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend any of these home flooring companies; will stick to big box stores and not local.

On a recent visit to the Home and Garden show, I met a representative from Healthy Home Flooring. Because I had been interested in having some carpet removed and replaced in my home, I decided to set up an in-home consultation. I'm so glad I did!Not only did they get me in quickly, but the consultation was excellent! Lee came out and talked me through my options. He never pressured me, and I absolutely felt like it would have been okay not to purchase anything. However, the vinyl plank flooring price was too good to pass up!Healthy Home Flooring moved quickly to get my flooring project started and sent excellent help to complete the job! They were in touch to help me answer questions and schedule follow-up appointments (such as my free air duct cleaning) whenever I needed. Everyone was so kind and helpful!Now that my floors are complete, I am happy to report that I love my new flooring and am so thrilled that I used Healthy Home Flooring to complete the project. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be a repeat customer myself!

Shannon and Larry were great as they helped us decide which flooring was best for our home and offered a diverse array of colors and carpets densities. They never pressured, were extremely personable, and a delight to deal with. The installer did a wonderful job with the carpet, and installers for the vinyl laminate did a great job, also. Healthy Home offered a fair price for materials and installation. We are looking forward to the vent cleaning this coming week! What a great add-on service! We would definitely use them again for future flooring needs!

I love my new carpet. From the beginning till the end. Customer service is very much alive with this company. From day 1 each step of the way was a pleasant experience. Larry Matafaski is awesome! That guy knows flooring. To the time it was scheduled and installed very fast. The installers were fast, professional and respected the rooms they replaced the old carpet. It didn't even look like they were there. (Other than the nice carpet left behind).

Just had our tile and carpet flooring replaced with Vinyl Plank throughout our home in Laveen. We could not be happier with the final results. We were nervous about taking on such a large project. Healthy home floors could not have made the process any easier. The design team helped us decide on the type of flooring to meet our needs and offered a large selection of colors. The installation crew led by Brian did a fabulous job of demolition and installation. We were so impressed by how hard they worked and their attention to detail. They moved all furniture and appliances then cleaned up after each day so that we had minimal interruption in our daily routine. Dan the project manager was readily available for questions and very helpful in making some minor changes to the project. Thank you Healthy Home Floors for such a great job at such a great price.

Horrible customer service, unreliable, and poor warranty service. It has been 3 years of trying to get this company to warranty our floors. No responses. Repairs appointments cancelled over and over again. Our extra flooring was taken when they first installed and now the floor is breaking apart. Still no resolution even when email coping the president of the company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If I could give this place no stars I would. It has literally been a nightmare 2 years working with them. It's started right off the bat when we sat down with JD and he refused to talk to me. He only wanted to work with my husband until my husband finally said my wife is paying for it you should talk to her. Fast forward to instal day they delivered the wrong floor, I was immediately made to feel that it was my mistake and that they weren't sure they could fix it since I now don't like the floor. Thankfully they were able to find their error and realize that the wrong floor was intact delivered. It took them two days to complete the project when we went to see the house (we hadn't moved in yet) we noticed there were still cracks on the sun flooring which we were told we had to pay more to fix. They told us they'd be fixed the following day before instal. After instal we noticed there were some gaps and our toilet was leaking. They came out the next day and fixed it. About 8 months later the floors started peaking over time the problem continued throughout the house. It looked awful. I finally got the company to come out and see what was happening. They sent a representative from Shaw flooring out and he sent a report back saying the floors were faulty and needed to be replaced. On demo day they again delivered the wrong floor but finally installed the new floors. I was told faulty flooring or sun damage but never once did they say it was from moisture. They originally tried but once they pulled the floors everything was dry and milo (the supervisor to the job) told Katie in a FaceTime call the water was not the reason for the floors being damaged. In April of this year I noticed that the floors were starting to peak again. I immediately called the company and began talking to Tracy. She set up an inspection date that they no showed me on 4 different times. They finally came out and took some pictures. When I talked to Tracy again she said that they floors would be replaced and we're just waiting for the shipment to arrive I even had an instal date of July 11th. Around that time I started to not be able to get a hold to Tracy. The unit decent person working there Porter finally let me know that Tracy no longer was working for the company and that Jason will be reaching out to me soon. I called 4 days in a row and they assured me that Jason will be reaching out. The call never came. It wasn't until my husband finally called that Jason decided he was available. Jason told my husband that due to the "flood" water damage isn't covered by the warranty. There was never a flood in my house. Jason had still refused to talk to me and will only correspond with my husband. It ended with Jason telling us they would instal the floors but we would have to pay over $1000 for the floors. I absolutely refused to pay any more money to a company that is mismanaged and I believe sexist. I implore you to stay away from this company. Do business with anyone but them and hopefully you will never have to endure this nightmare.

They laid our floor crooked at first after raising a fuss they finally fixed it. Now a year later the flooring has black spots popping up all over the place. They came out said it was an issue and have responded since.

Buyer beware!!! We initially felt pressured by the sales person to "buy now" but the next day we changed our minds since we didn't feel good about the purchase or the people we were working with. We immediately asked for a refund and were told it would be 14 business days . It is now 20 business days andno refund. Every time we call they say they will send a message to accounting. We have asked to get something in writing via email that the refund was issued on multiple occasions with nothingness. DO NOT use this company!!

We had healthy homes come out to bid for our home floor remodel. We felt very pressured from their salesman. Instead of giving us time to go through all the bids, the salesman said that this offer is only good today. It really felt like a used salesman concept. So we went forward with deal. The next day we decided that due to the experience we would cancel the contract in accordance with 3 day cancel policy and state laws. Received email in which they begged for our business, expressing that we give five good reviews. If a company is more concerned about reviews, they may want to relook their customer quality with salesman and experience, their quality of work and experience should be first priority and i am sure people then would give good reviews. We have now waited over a month for our refund. When contacting this company over and over they keep referring to accounting departing error, "should process by next friday." If this continues we will post on every social media and go to the local news. Today we notified that the refund would be processed today.

We really liked our experience from the salesman to the finished flooring. It was a pleasure to work with all the steps from removing tile to laying the vinyl flooring. It almost makes our home look new. I am recommending HHF to friends that want to replace their flooring.

We believed all the hype of the customer service and quality advertised by Healthy Home Flooring. Our experience was well below par and I wanted to share our experience.Consultation:The sales rep last minute rescheduled on us. Upon the consultation with the sales rep, we were sold from the owner via phone that we are in great hands and that he would be a part of our process throughout. As you'll see below of our unhappiness, we've contacted Healthy Home Flooring numerous times to share our dissatisfaction and not once has he been available or willing to call us.Installation:Installation no showed twice when we took off work to be home. Apparently, the carpet was not here (in Georgia as we were told?) but we waited around both days during the arrival window to not have anyone show up. They did install on the third installation date scheduled. We had to constantly follow up to get answers and office staff did not have answers or upstanding why installation was not being completed.After installation and walking on the carpet for a few days, we noticed a handful of uneven areas. We contacted Healthy Home Flooring to have an installer come out to evaluate the uneven areas because we did not experience these with our old carpet and we significantly upgraded our carpet quality this time around. First scheduled time, no show. Second time, now show AGAIN! Third time the installer came out, found an ethernet cable connector underneath the carpet in one area. Not sure how that even happens?! The other areas, the installer claims that it's because of our foundation. We never experienced any of this unevenness with our lesser quality carpet and IF there is an issue, why was it not brought up to us at installation. The installer that came back out said he was the one who completed the installation and said he would have brought it up to us but we were not home and out of town. Completely not true, we were in the living room. He was extremely rude and we had the impression that he has other work to do and we inconvenienced him to come look at our concerns.There was also no communication from Healthy Home Flooring regarding our warranty claim and we constantly had to contact them for follow up and scheduling. We didn't care if someone came out same day or a month later, just wanted a resolution.Not trying to be a Karen. I just wanted to share our experience.

She worked very hard to be sure we were happy with everything and answered any questions we had. Wasted a Saturday waiting for a representative that was supposed to take measurements. He said he couldn't help me He took no measurements and was a waste of time. I'm very disappointed... Maybe my house was too small? Maybe 2500 ft² is not good enough? I don't know but very disappointed.And the reply message you sent is untrue. He was NOT here for more than 30 minutes! I had to ask him to bring samples in because he was ready to leave within the first 10 minutes. Your response is so untruthful. I'll be praying for you to do right by God and edit your response... AND have a conversation with your sales person. He clearly was NOT in a mood to sell us anything. In fact my wife thought maybe our house was too small and he didn't want our business.

Excellent customer service, from the sales rep to the inbound CS rep. Everyone was very pleasant to work with. I was a bit disappointed that my base boards and paint on wall were scratched. What was recommended initially by the sales rep was not the best. It ended up costing me a bit more to get to my satisfaction. However, Dan the project mgr made promises and fulfilled them regarding the paint touch ups. Max, the lead installer was great and very professional.Overall, I would recommend this company on customer service & timeliness.

From quote to prep to install, we were impressed with the above and beyond attention--it has set the bar very high for others to meet. They worked hard to give the best price possible, managed to beat their own super-fast install date, and estimated a two-day install then completed in just one! They made it so easy--and all of this during the busy and stressful holiday season. Every single person was professional, courteous, and made us feel like we were their top priority. Healthy Home Flooring was the right choice! We had quotes from 5 or 6 flooring companies over the last year. We didn't pull the trigger on those other companies because they didn't leave me feeling like I was a priority. HHF, however, sent Dan out to speak with us and we didn't let him leave without our approval of our install. Dan was not a salesman like so many of these types of businesses, he was an educator on how to have the exact floors my home needs. The clutch call was how he was the only one that recognized that my baseboards are not baseboards, but door casings. He suggested not to remove them, but have quarter round flush from the floor to the "baseboards." The installers were very efficient at getting the work done. The caulk lines are stupendous. I finally have the floors this house deserves thanks to the awesome care and work by Healthy Home Flooring.

We just (two weeks ago) had over 1,800 square feet of tile and carpet replaced with luxury vinyl flooring. We hired Healthy Home Flooring to do the job. They were awesome! Professional and, all around, PERFECT! They moved all of the furniture; cleaned everything after they finished; and they even cleaned out all of the duct work. None of the other flooring companies from whom we received bids offered these services. They have a wide variety of carpet, tile, wood and vinyl flooring. I highly recommend this company!

I had a disappointing experience with another flooring company several years ago so tried Healthy Home Flooring this time. The sales person, John, spent a lot of time with me trying to find a product and colour fit for my kitchen and bathroom floors. Unfortunately, the only product that worked for the kitchen was made by a supplier not used by HHF. After finding they couldn't get the flooring I wanted, the manager of HHF refunded my deposit within hours of me asking for a refund. I was impressed. I am very sorry that John lost the sale.

After choosing carpet for my home, I needed to make a change and Dan was very helpful in making the adjustment I needed. They laid our floor crooked at first after raising a fuss they finally fixed it. Now a year later the flooring has black spots popping up all over the place. They came out said it was an issue and have responded since.

Carpet installed nov 2022… vacuumed carpet and threading pulled and ruined the carpet. they said they had their own warranty for a year. Lies. All the employees are rotated out so fast whatever that person told you doesn’t matter… we got a stain just 3 months after install and they said oh that’s cover because you got the stain carpet. Pay for professional cleaning and it will be replaced. Another lie. Please please save yourself the headache and do not use this company. every single spot where the carpet meets tile is frayed and has the potential to be unthreaded. This would be a charged carpet repair for their poor installation 🥴😵💫 wild.

I liked these guys from the get-go. Didn't even bother getting additional quotes. I had SO much tile to remove and the installation team had it removed in less than an hour. They installed new flooring throughout my entire house and the whole process took only 3.5 days. I have friends that had another company come out to remove one room of wood flooring and that took 3 days!

A couple years ago Healthy Home Flooring installed new floors in my home. It did not turn out as I wanted and there were a few issues. I was not pleased. About a month ago Healthy Home Flooring reached out to me and sent a representative to my home to get eyes on . They felt the best coarse of action would be to replaced the entire flooring. They worked around my schedule and came back out and installed a brand new floor. The crew was professional completed the job in two days. Healthy Home Flooring (HHF) recently upgraded my entire home with porcelain tile, wood laminate and included removing all my old 2” tall baseboards and replacing them with 4 ½” tall trim. On my initial home visit their sales rep Tim, did a great job helping me to select complimentary tile and laminate styles and colors. The tile crew of Francisco and Diego were an excellent team. They offered great suggestions on tile layout and even went so far as to use an old 10’ x 10’ section of my carpet to cover my driveway, where they setup their tools, cut tiles and mixed thin set and grout. Francisco said they did that to prevent any staining of the concrete. Way to go guys! The laminate crew came in next and knocked out the last three rooms in just one day including all the trim replacement. Both teams were on time and kept me informed at every stage of the project. When the work was completed there were some issues that came up and HHF worked with me to quickly address them leaving me with a beautiful home. I would definitely choose them again.

It was time to replace my original carpet and tile in the main areas of my house. Healthy Home Flooring was the first and only company I called. As a customer, I was treated fairly and kindly by everyone in the company. Right now all I can say is I am very disappointed in Healthy Home Flooring’s service. The 2 installers worked from 12-4 yesterday ,10/31/22. We were told they would return today, 11/1/22 between 7am - 9am. At 945am my husband received a call from the installer- he was sick and he’s sending the other guy back by himself to finish the 2 bedrooms, move all the furniture back in and start the 3rd bedroom. Now, how is 1 man going to move furniture by himself? Heavy dressers, book cases, ….I called Healthy Home flooring and spoke with Tracy, who transferred me to Richard-I asked if he could send a replacement worker for the sick one and he said he didn’t have anyone to send. WE are a small company. He just proceeded to tell me the guy coming can do all the work. I continued to tell him that I was assured by JD - the salesman - that this work - 4 bedrooms and a study would be finished within the week. You see, I am a Registered Nurse and had to find back up for me to take off to have this work completed or you might be in the hospital with no Nurse - no one to come. No one take care of you. I am paid in full and very upset with Healthy Home Flooring.

Couldn't even get them to come to my home for the free home estimate. They will not work with just one spouse unless they have written approval from the other spouse. All I wanted was someone to measure, show me samples and get a quote to take to my husband so we could discuss our options. If your willing to be treated as if your unable to make design decisions on your own, this is the company for you. Dumbest company policy ever! Laughable when you say industry standard. I have had several companies out to my home willing to work with my while my husband is at work. Frankly you just want an immediate sale. That is why you want both parties, to sign any financing needed.

Healthy Home Flooring removed tile (dustless) and laminate flooring downstairs in October and installed lvp Shaw flooring. Love how the house was transformed and feels so much bigger. Received numerous comments on how nice they look. Continuous flooring with no transitions, Decided to have the same lvp installed upstairs in a bathroom, loft, and bonus room. The installers took the time to do it right. Moved furniture around to install flooring and new baseboards. Very considerate, cleaned up every day, really strived to do an amazing job. Looks just as amazing as downstairs. From the ease of selecting, scheduling, and having the floors installed would recommend Healthy Home Flooring. Salesman (JD) was great offered clear upfront pricing, no surprises and free duct cleaning included.

A DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER:They do not communicate and show up when they are supposed to. If you tell me you are going to be here at 8 AM, then show up at 8 AM, not 9:30 AM on Day 1, (which we were supposed to start 3 days ago).We are on Day 2, they are supposed to come at 8 to 8:30 AM, it is 10:30 AM, and Techs are still not here. Again, no call they are going to be late from the Owner or PM or Techs.We as customers work around their scheduled times and when they do not come when they are supposed to be working on our Flooring, it is very disappointing. I am not sure how they get a High Rating review, because I am not seeing the Customer Service part of it. A very Disappointed Customer here.Plus, its Paid in Full so they dont have a rush to complete in a timely manner, apparently.I hope the Owner sees what type of service is being provided by his/her company.SUNDAY: DAY 4: FRUSTRATED & DISAPPOINTED:Milo-PM came by on Friday after the demo crew was complete. Did assure us that the Installers will work Saturday, Sunday, Monday (Holiday), etc... Saturday the 2 installers came to prep, which they did 8:30-11:45 AM, I asked if they were coming Sunday, Installer Antonio said no, he did not think so. At 12pm, Milo-PM showed up and did advise that the installers are coming Sunday as it was a miscommunication between them. They will be here at 8am on Sunday.Sunday 8AM, no call no show. 9AM: got a call, they are not coming. They will be there Monday, who knows what time. Again, worked around their schedule as I had missed other obligations. How is the Owner going to accommodate this situation now, please send a Credit towards our already Paid in Full job request. The company responded to all inquiries even after the work was done. The installation went great with no problems and finished in 4 days. Although the company was not able to reduce the price to 10% less than the least quote I got, (they price matched) I am happy with the add ons like installation of felt on all furnitures, free moving of all furnitures, 100% lifetime guarantee on the labor/work, duct cleaning (scheduled in 2 days) and disinfection of the whole house (scheduled in 5 days). I already recommended the company to a co-worker.

This experience was A+ from beginning to end! The salesman was kind and helpful when it came to choosing the right flooring. We already had laid flooring in other parts of the house with another company, so matching it could have been difficult but he made it easy for us. The installer was kind, fast and left a clean room. We didn’t have to call him back because he forgot to do something. The bedroom has become one of my favorite rooms in the house because of the flooring. I wish we had used this company the other times. So take advantage of the excellence that this company provides. You will be so glad you did!

Let me start off by saying WOW!!! I had a great experience with Healthy Home Flooring and their customer service experts! They held my hand through the entire process START TO FINISH!!! My design consultant Larry was very helpful selecting products and going over their promotions and warranties. I had no idea what to expect being this is my first time and let me tell you I will be referring everyone to use them! All my questions were answered and they even sent a little box of treats (which were delicious) I did not regret it and I know you wont either!!!
