Floor preparation disclaimer
Sometimes during the installation of various flooring products, the subfloor of a project requires work to be completed to prepare for a quality installation. At the time of sale, it is impossible to see the condition of the subfloor and such any work required to prepare the subfloor for a quality installation will be completed at an additional charge. Depending on the work required, including grinding of existing concrete subfloors and/or the application of subfloor leveling material, can cause dust or other material to be released into the surrounding air. Exposure to this dust, or other materials, for long periods of time can possibly be dangerous. It is recommended to avoid the inhalation of this dust, or other materials and engage a professional cleaning service provider to thoroughly clean the impacted space once the work is completed. Healthy Home Flooring will in no way be held liable or responsible for any costs or claims associated with this dust, or other materials, used during the installation and subfloor preparation work including for health-related issues, health related treatment, materials abatement, or removal.

Room sales
Must buy the largest room at regular price and then each additional room is $75 or $35 for the product only. You must still pay for all labor in that room and materials, including but not limited to; rip up existing flooring, removing it and hauling it away, new pad or underlayment, heavy furniture moving, moving electrical beds, providing and installing coordinating moldings, remove and replace existing wall base or providing you with new, tax, shipping or financing cost.
Free air duct cleaning*
On qualified purchases only. Min purchase required $5,500 for homes under 2,000 sf and min. purchase of $8,500 for homes over 2,000sf. We will clean your air duct registers, and vents, but cannot be responsible for repair or replacement or old equipment breaking that is not properly maintained.
Worry free guarantee
We provide at no additional cost, FREE Worry-Free Guarantee for 1 year. This includes one accident replacement to be used in your first year, where one or several boards in one location need to be fixed or replaced. This does not cover full job replacement or whole floor damaged. This is solely based on individual boards needing to be replaced one time, one location. Additional warranty years can be purchased or offered from time to time, but still only is based on one infected area, not a whole-home replacement. This also does not cover home flooding or abuse from the customer environment. Any additional infected areas during coverage period or after can be fixed or replaced, but for an additional cost and will be the sole responsibility of the customer to pay for prior. No employee or contractor of Healthy home Flooring can alter or commit to us to this to change the warranty.
REFER5 referral program
Every time you refer someone to Healthy Home Flooring, you will receive $150 once their new floors are installed and paid in full. On the 5th referral, you will receive an additional $2,500 for a total of $4,000!
Limited lifetime installation warranty*
All warranties regarding product defect(s) are predicated on a pro-rated basis and all product will be equally credited by the total amount of the contract price, divided by the length of the product warranty, to determine a yearly rate, which will be multiplied by the number of years the customer used the product to determine the usage value for offset purposes. Further, all product defects or replacements (of any type) after a 2-year period, the consumer will be solely responsible to pay for all labor costs.
Regarding repairs for installation related issues, all service requests placed over 2 years from the original installation date will be subject to a $50 processing fee. If consumer fails to supply this payment, they effectively waive all rights and claims in relation to any labor warranty listed on their original contract. If repairs are possible, Healthy Home Flooring reserves the right to repair any issues as opposed to replacing any flooring. In the unlikely event that you need to have your carpet re-stretched after two years it would not be the result of improper installation but part of the normal maintenance and would require a charge. Warranties do not carry any cash value. Should any consumer deny Healthy Home Flooring access to their job site to warranty the flooring installed, they waive all rights and claims in relation to any warranties listed on their contract with Healthy Home Flooring. Consumer is responsible to report any issues with their flooring to Healthy Home Flooring within 72 hours of them developing. Failure to do so may negate any responsibility and/or liability Healthy Home Flooring has to any flooring installed.
Warranties exclude damages
Healthy Home Flooring is not responsible for problems arising from underlayment not installed by us, nor are we responsible for movement and/or settling of any concrete slabs and/or modular homes. All warranties for all flooring are predicated on proper care & maintenance and are void if damages occur in relation to improper maintenance, customer abuse, acts of God, or any circumstances beyond the control of Healthy Home Flooring. All warranties exclude damages in relation to discoloration from asphalt driveways, indentations from high heeled shoes, scratches, and/or damages caused by chairs, tables, appliances, pets, and/or other objects. Wood & laminate flooring should not be cleaned with water and/or subjected to excessive moisture and/or humidity, as it may damage your flooring. Flooring must be subjected to reasonable and consistent temperatures, year-round. Failure to keep home climatized between 60 -80 degrees effectively voids all labor and material warranties and will likely cause damage to your flooring.
Material and product warranties*
All material and product warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturers. Stain resistant warranties, soil resistant warranties, texture retention warranties, scratch resistance warranties, tear resistant warranties, fade resistant warranties all vary depending upon the product and manufacturer and are also not to be confused with quality assurance or wear warranties. In order to keep all carpet warranties in effect, the consumer must have the carpet professionally cleaned at least once a year by Healthy Home Flooring. For maximum performance, it is recommended that it is cleaned twice a year.
Manufacturer warranties*
Manufacturer warranties are the sole responsibility and liability of the manufacturer. Healthy Home Flooring reserves the right to extend any warranties at their discretion. Any extensions of warranty must be in writing on the original contract (sales draft) to be valid. In such case that Healthy Home Flooring extends any manufacturer warranty, the Manufacturer will be solely responsible for their original warranty. Healthy Home Flooring shall only be responsible for any warranty extensions after, and only after, the original manufacturer warranty has expired.
Not transferable
Warranties are not transferrable unless expressly stated on the original sales draft. In the event that Healthy Home Flooring allows a warranty to transfer from the original homeowner, it is only the material warranties that will transfer. The lifetime installation warranty is not transferable under any circumstances and is only available to individual(s) named on the original sales draft.
Please remember that flooring will be as good to you, as you are to it. Regular maintenance and cleaning are essential to preserve the quality and durability of your flooring. Not properly maintaining the flooring IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS will void any and all manufacturer as well as Healthy Home Flooring warranties.

Other notices
Healthy Home Flooring exclusively uses only professional, licensed, and certified independent contractors. Laminate or Wood floors should not be cleaned with water as it may permanently damage your flooring and thus, we cannot be responsible. Excessive humidity and/or moisture can damage floors.
Financing notices
The no interest option means there is no interest if your purchase is paid in full within the special terms period; otherwise, interest accrues from the date of purchase at the regular APR. The regular APR may vary. APR details should be requested from Financier. Credit purchases subject to credit approval. Other transactions may affect your monthly payment.

Seasonal change disclaimer*
Seasonal changes & what to expect: (all flooring installation methods).
Seasonal gapping should be expected in all wood flooring and does not constitute a product failure. It is normal that wood floors will be affected by fluctuating levels of humidity within your home. Care should be taken to control humidity levels to within the 30-50% range and maintain temperatures of 60-80°F. To protect your investment and to assure that your floors provide lasting satisfaction, note the recommendations below:
(Dry) Heating Season –A humidifier may be needed to prevent excessive shrinkage in wood floors due to low humidity levels. Wood stoves, radiant floor heat and electric heat will create dryer conditions.
(Humid, Wet) Non – Heating Season – Proper humidity levels can be maintained by use of an air conditioner or dehumidifier. Avoid excessive exposure to water during periods of inclement weather. Do not obstruct expansion joints around the perimeter of your floor.
Customer understand that wood flooring is a natural product, and the home must be environmentally maintained. Consequently, the installation warranty and manufacturer warranty is void if the customer does not follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for maintaining humidity levels and temperatures in their home.
Fiber glass sheet goods maintenance and warranty conditions disclaimer*
Fiber Glass Sheet Goods warranties are conditioned. Fiber Glass Sheet Goods must be installed in an environment that maintains a temperature range of 55º to 85º F. Although very durable and made to last these products can still be subject to scratching, scuffing, tearing, and ripping if not cared for properly. These are all inherent downsides of selecting this type of flooring surface. The circumstances listed above are not considered either manufacturer defects or installation problems and as such will not be covered under any manufacturer or installation warranties. Warranty conditions will not be covered if caused by job site environmental conditions in new construction or renovation work.
Ambient humidity disclaimer*
To protect and preserve your investment, the homeowner is responsible to maintain ambient humidity levels in the home within a range of 35%-65%. Excessive and/or lack of humidity may cause wood and/or laminate flooring to fail. Failures related to lack of, or excessive humidity are not manufacturing or installation related issues and will not be covered under any manufacturer product warranty or labor warranty offered by Healthy Home Flooring.
Laminate & hardwood disclaimer*
Making any modifications affecting the ability of the laminate floor to float appropriately after installation will negate any and all warranties. As this inhibits the floor’s ability to expand or contract and therefore is not an installation or manufacturer’s defect. Examples include but are not limited to installing cabinets or appliances on top of the floor, installation of new walls, and changes with door location or size.
Tile and stone warranties*
To protect and preserve your investment, the homeowner is responsible to maintain ambient humidity levels in the home within a range of 35%-65%. Excessive and/or lack of humidity may cause wood and/or laminate flooring to fail. Failures related to lack of, or excessive humidity are not manufacturing or installation related issues and will not be covered under any manufacturer product warranty or labor warranty offered by Healthy Home Flooring.
Asbestos disclaimer*
If, at or before the time of installation, it is suspected or determined that asbestos is present, Buyer will be required to test for the presence of asbestos, and Healthy Home Flooring will STOP installation until the Buyer has the asbestos removed by a licensed abatement company. The abatement company must follow all applicable federal and state asbestos regulations and must provide a clean air or clearance sampling certificate to resume installation. Healthy Home Flooring will in no way be held liable or responsible for any costs or claims associated with asbestos treatment, abatement, or removal.
Collections disclaimer*
In the event it becomes necessary for collection procedures, or to enforce any provisions of the contract, the customer agrees to pay actual and reasonable collection costs, collection agency fees, interest (at 1.5% per month), court costs, and/or reasonable attorney fees.
Free furniture moving promotion
Free furniture moving is limited to certain products and sale items, and is based upon reasonable standard furniture per room and size. Excessive furniture and large items will be charged an additional fee.

Healthy Home Flooring is an in-home sales company. Our professionally trained designed consultants bring flooring samples to the home of the customer. We only use licensed contractors. The addresses listed on our website reflect our licensee holder territories. An Healthy Home Flooring licensee may service up to 150 miles radius from our published address. Our showroom is open by appointment only.
DISPUTE, CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY
ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM OR CONTROVERSY ARISING UNDER OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY WORK PERFORMED BY Healthy Home Flooring (“CLAIM”), REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OF THE CLAIM ASSERTED, SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING ARBITRATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION. ARBITRATION REPLACES THE RIGHT TO GO TO COURT, AND YOU THEREFORE AGREE TO WAIVE ANY RIGHT THAT YOU MIGHT OTHERWISE HAVE HAD TO A JURY TRIAL OR THE OPPORTUNITY TO LITIGATE ANY CLAIMS IN COURT BEFORE EITHER A JUDGE OR JURY.

COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to be transmitted mainly from person-to-person contact. Healthy Home Flooring has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however Healthy Home Flooring its owners, employees, agents, independent contractors, and representatives cannot guarantee that you will not become infected with COVID-19.
By signing a contract with Healthy Home Flooring, you acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the entire risk that you may be exposed to or infected with COVID-19 and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. You understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of others including, but not limited to, Healthy Home Flooring, its owners, employees, agents, independent contractors, and representatives.
You hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless Healthy Home Flooring, its owners, employees, agents, independent contractors, and representatives from all Claims, including all liabilities, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. You understand and agree that this includes whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any interactions with Healthy Home Flooring, its owners, employees, agents, independent contractors, and representatives.
Beat competitors prices by 10%
We will proudly beat any competitor’s price by 10%, as long as you are comparing apples to apples. Must be similar products and warranties, but we are the only company in the US offering Worry-Free Guarantee accident forgiveness, 36 to 60 months 0% financing, Free Air duct cleaning, free home disinfectant, and lifetime labor warranty. Must be a corporation and not a contractor or a guy out of the back of his truck. If the customer does not care about all the extras above, and only about price, then we will remove all the extras above to make it apples to apples and beat the competition by 10%, plus tax. If our product is better, we will reduce the price, by removing all extras above, and price it 10% above the competition, plus tax. Must have written quote or contract, no verbal agreements, email, or text will be accepted.
